Everything was perfect! Very nice hotel and the owners are incredibly nice! The breakfast is very good, with home-made bread and good cafe! I would definitely stay again with them. Muchas gracias por todo!

Cosy stay in art deco villa centrally located in the colorful Cerro Alegre neighborhood

The ViaViaCafe was a safe haven in the Cerro Alegre neighborhood of Valparaiso, which I happened to visit just at a time when Chile and the city of Valparaiso were in civil unrest. The patio underneath a huge mural painting and palm tree was very cosy. The owners were very friendly and helped along with lots of info about the city. And always up to a chat! The breakfast was nicely prepared and no problem to have another slice of bread or coffee if you like. Hope to have a chance to return to this lovely place one time!

The small table in room "El huerto" could be a bit larger and more stable. Room's name suggests looking onto an orchard but rather it is the rear side of the house (ok there is a tree, as well). It would not need much to make this part look a bit more friendly (as rest of garden / patio).

Excellent

The hosts and the staff were exceptional kind, and gave me privacy while providing help when I needed some hints, such as help with enrollment in a language school, or ideas how to explore the area...you can ask them for support any time. Lovely food, you should try the tortilla cup with lentils and blue cheese dressing, or the Belgian waffles with ginger icecream and berries...enjoy your time in the garden with sun or shade, or on cold evenings infront of the fire inside. The location is super central, safe and the B&B provides great coffee. I loved it and did stay 7 nights. Thank you for my very good time.

we had a really nice room but unfortunately the bathroom was small and old. the location of the property was great, staff was very helpful and friendly!!

Wonderful little boutique hotel.

Wonderful little boutique hotel. Generally quiet, central and close to plenty of good restaurants.

there is no lift access and a lot of stairs from street level to the hotel. There are also stairs inside the get to your room.

Nice location, super friendly hosts!

Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating! We were both under the weather and everyone was so helpful. They made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

Hard to sleep since the restaurant was open late on weekend nights, but it’s acceptable and expectable.

Also try the food at the cafe!

Really nice and helpful staff. I also had dinner at the cafe a couple of times and can strongly recommend it. It had multiple great vegetarian options.

The music from the cafe could get a little annoying - although at least when the cafe shuts you're set back from the street so don't get noise from the street.
